DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Please read before ordering!
Products are handmade to order and can take 3-10 working days (weekends and bank holidays are not included) to be dispatched, they then will be sent with Royal mail or Hermes (This is not a tracked service, if you would like to pay extra to receive tracking, please email us!). This usually would get to you within 1-4 working days but we do not guarantee it! All international orders are now sent using Tracked and Signed (Overseas can take up to 14 days after being posted to get to you)
From the 1st July 2021 there are changes to items being sent to the EU (IOSS scheme) this means you will incur additional VAT and customs charges on receipt of your delivery, please bare this in mind.
We retain proof of postage receipts for every order we send so we are not responsible if your parcel gets lost in the post.
We are based in Bristol, UK, if you would like to collect an order to save postage costs and time, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we can arrange it!
We do not offer refunds as everything is handmade to order, we can exchange your items for different sizes or for items of the same value, or you can have the amount off as credit off our store. The item must be unworn and in a good sell-able condition, this includes no make up or fake tan marks or any strong smelling perfume. Please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving your order, if you would like an exchange. You will need to send the item(s) back within 3 working days of us accepting the return. Buyer pays return postage. International orders can only be exchanged for credit note.
We do not offer cancellations of orders as everything is handmade to order.
